Information we collect
- Contact details you provide — name, email, phone, and business information — when you request a free audit, reply to us, or contact us.
- Publicly available business information (e.g. a business name, public Google/Yelp listing) we may reference when preparing an audit.
- Basic usage data from our website (pages visited), used only to improve the site.
How we use your information
- To respond to you, prepare your free audit, and deliver our services.
- To send you relevant communications about our services. Every commercial email includes a way to opt out.
Chat, voice & browser storage
When you use the ZIOo assistant on this site, the text of the conversation — including text produced by your browser's speech-to-text if you tap the microphone — may be sent to us so we can answer you and improve the assistant. Your browser's speech recognition may send audio to its own vendor (for example Google); that is done by your browser, not by us. You can use the whole site without the microphone.
We store a few things in your own browser: your language choice, and — if you give them to the assistant — your business name, sector and email, so you do not have to repeat yourself (key ziooMem, kept up to 90 days). Clearing your browser data removes it. Nothing here is advertising or tracking.
Service providers
This site and its forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Our business email is provided by Namecheap Private Email. These providers process data on our behalf only.
International visitors (GDPR / LGPD / CCPA)
Wherever you are, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to info@ziooai.com and we answer within 30 days. Our legal basis for contacting a business is our legitimate interest in offering a service to that business; you can object at any time and we stop.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate (for example, email delivery), under confidentiality, and never for their own marketing.
Email & your choices (CAN-SPAM)
Our commercial emails identify us clearly, use honest subject lines, include a postal address on request, and offer a working way to unsubscribe. To be removed from our list, reply STOP to any email or write to info@ziooai.com. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. If our AI systems handle your customers' data as part of a paid engagement, that data remains yours and stays on accounts in your name.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email info@ziooai.com and we'll take care of it.
AI-assisted communications
Some of our messages and our website assistant ("ZIOo") are AI-assisted. A human at ZIOo ai is always responsible for our communications and available to you.
